- Add agents any time: upgrades apply straight away. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
- If your plan ends, your data stays readable for 30 days, then the agency is locked. Locked agencies' data is deleted 90 days after the lock.
- On the App Store, some larger plans are one cent under the round price (for example $319.99 for 30 agents).

What is TCN Agent?
TCN Agent is a mobile app for TikTok LIVE agencies. It turns your agency's TikTok Backstage data into a daily plan for the owner and each agent: diamonds, valid LIVE days and hours, tiers, rank-up targets, new-creator milestones, recruiting and bonuses.
Can I use my TikTok Backstage data on my phone?
Yes. TikTok Backstage is made for desktop. TCN Agent brings your agency's Backstage data to your iPhone or Android phone, so you can track every creator and agent, agent payouts, eligibility checks, messaging and recruiting.
Who pays for TCN Agent?
The agency owner. There is one subscription per agency, bought by the owner inside the app through the App Store or Google Play. It covers the owner and the agents on the plan.
Do agents pay anything?
No. Agents download the app, sign up and join with the owner's invite code. Their access comes from the owner's subscription; each approved agent uses one place on the plan.
How much does it cost?
$30 a month covers the owner and 1 agent. Each extra agent adds $10 a month, up to 30 agents for $320 a month. The stores show the price in your local currency. For more than 30 agents, email support@devignlb.com.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new agency's first month is free. You confirm the plan with Apple Pay, a card or Google Pay, and the store charges the monthly price only after the free month. Cancel before it ends in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings and you pay nothing. One free month per Apple ID or Google account; on Google Play it covers plans up to 20 agents.
Can I add or remove agents in the middle of the month?
Yes. Moving to a bigger plan applies straight away, so you can approve new agents right then. Moving to a smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the paid period ends. After that your agency's data stays readable for 30 days but stops updating. Then the agency is locked, and 90 days after the lock its data is deleted. Subscribe again before then to pick up where you left off.
Does TCN Agent work with my TikTok Backstage account?
Yes. Connect your agency's TikTok Backstage once in the app and your figures update automatically and securely.
Is my agency's data safe?
Each agency sees only its own data, and each agent sees only the creators they manage. Traffic is encrypted, your Backstage sign-in details are encrypted at rest, and we do not sell data or show ads. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. TCN Agent is on the App Store and Google Play, and the same account works on both. Manage the subscription in the store you bought it from.
Which languages does it support?
English, Arabic, Turkish, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian and Indonesian, with right-to-left layout for Arabic.
How do my agents join?
Share your invite link or code from the app. Agents install TCN Agent, sign up and enter the code, then you approve them.
Is TCN Agent connected to TikTok?
TCN Agent is made by Devign LLC, an official TikTok LIVE agency partner and an official TikTok games partner. It works with your agency's own TikTok Backstage account and is not a TikTok product. TikTok and TikTok LIVE are trademarks of ByteDance Ltd.
